The company positions itself for worry-free but not careless management of chemicals and special waste.

Due to a succession plan, we are looking for our waste disposal company in Ziefen (BL) a:

Team Leader - "Coarse and Fine Sorting" - 100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Active participation in operations, especially in the sorting of special waste
• Organisation of processes and operations in the "Coarse and Fine Sorting" department
• Personnel management and supervision of completed tasks
• Optimisation of processing throughput and costs
• Conducting regular safety checks
• Coordination of deliveries, collections and special transports
• Organisation of special waste collections in municipalities as well as cleaning and disposal operations at clients
• Submission of monthly inventories

Your profile:

• Completed professional training in a chemical-technical field
• Professional experience in an operational and chemical work environment
• Several years of team management experience
• Category B driving licence and forklift certification desired
• Good oral and written understanding of German
• Punctuality, stress resistance, reliability and thoroughness in work
