To strengthen its team dedicated to contractual relationships, it is looking for a Manager for French-speaking Switzerland and Ticino, passionate about the challenges of the healthcare system and motivated by the quality of established relationships.Main missions:- Independently conduct negotiations with hospitals, private clinics, and groups of doctors, in close collaboration with our insurance partners.- Support the implementation of contracts and represent the interests of partners before authorities and third parties.- Participate in tariff commissions and working groups.- Ensure the monitoring of contracts, the preparation of prospective and retrospective calculations, as well as the analysis of data and indicators.- Manage and develop the existing portfolio, contribute to the acquisition of new partners.- Participate in projects and the development of concepts in the field of tariffs.Profile:- Higher education and experience in the field of hospital tariffs or within an insurance company.- Mastery of tariff systems, experience in contractual negotiations, and knowledge of regulatory requirements: a major asset.- Proficiency in French and German (minimum German level C2).- Autonomy, rigor, and a developed sense of service.Interested?
