The successful candidate will be responsible for packaging, testing, deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting applications across a modern Windows enterprise environment. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPackage, test, and deploy applications for Windows endpoints using bMicrosoft Intune and Microsoft Configuration Manager /b /li liCreate and maintain application packages in formats such as bMSI, MSIX, App‑V, EXE wrappers, PowerShell‑based installers /b, and Intune Win32 packages /li liManage the full application lifecycle, including discovery, packaging, testing, deployment, updates, retirement, and documentation /li liUse bPatch My PC /b to manage third‑party application updates and improve patch compliance. /li liTroubleshoot application deployment issues across Intune, SCCM, Windows 11 /li liCollaborate with infrastructure, security, desktop engineering, and application owner teams to ensure applications are packaged securely and reliably /li liPerform compatibility testing and remediation for applications running on bWindows 11 /b /li liDevelop and maintain deployment scripts using bPowerShell /band other automation tools. /li liEnsure packages follow internal standards, security requirements, and change management processes /li liMaintain accurate technical documentation, including installation guides, deployment instructions, test results, known issues, and rollback procedures /li liSupport application packaging for physical, virtual, and cloud-hosted desktop environments. /li liParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to automate and standardize application packaging and deployment processes /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liStrong experience as an bApplication Packager /b,bDesktop Engineer /b, or similar role in an enterprise IT environment /li liAdvanced hands‑on knowledge of bMicrosoft SCCM / Microsoft Configuration Manager /b application deployment /li liStrong experience with bMicrosoft Intune /b, especially Win32 app packaging and deployment. /li liGood knowledge of bPatch My PC /b for third‑party application integration, patching and update management /li liStrong understanding of bWindows 11 /b operating system architecture, configuration, and application compatibility /li liExperience with application packaging technologies such as: ul liMSI / MST /li liMSIX /li liIntuneWin packages /li liPowerShell deployment scripts /li /ul /li liStrong scripting skills, particularly with bPowerShell /b and bPSADT /b /li liGood understanding of Windows registry, file system permissions, environment variables, and user profiles /li liExperience troubleshooting deployment logs, including SCCM client logs, Intune Management Extension logs, and Windows event logs /li liKnowledge of endpoint management, device compliance, and software update processes. /li liExperience working with virtualization technologies such as bVMware, Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop, or Windows 365 /b /li liAbility to work in a structured ITIL / change management environment /li liStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills /li /ul h3Personal Characteristics /h3 ul liDetail‑oriented with a strong focus on quality and reliability /li liAble to work independently and manage multiple priorities /li liStrong communication skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non‑technical stakeholders /li liProactive mindset and willingness to improve existing processes /li liStrong sense of ownership and accountability /li liComfortable working in a fast‑paced enterprise environment /li liAble to document technical work clearly and consistently /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liFlexible and available out of business hours /li liHighly responsive, energetic and enthusiastic /li liCapable of prioritising tasks and meeting critical deadlines /li liReady to work long hours when required /li liStructured and rigorous /li liCan work under pressure with good stress management /li liExcellent judgment, attention to details /li liCan work independently and report to the Workplace Team Leader. /li liStrong communication skills, both verbally and in writing /li liSolution and results oriented /li liTeam player, with an open non‑political style and a high level of personal integrity /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
