StellenbeschreibungbJob Description /bbPosition Title: Regional Sales Manager /bbr/As a Regional Sales Manager (RSM), you'll play a critical role in shaping our growth in the Americas by turning opportunities into long-term partnerships and enabling innovation through our leading wireless and positioning technologies. You will be responsible for developing and expanding the market position of u-blox and achieving growth across the entire u-blox portfolio. You will report to the Head of Sales – Americas. Your role will be focused on growing our sales funnel across a variety of segments. You will collaborate closely with manufacturer reps, distributors, and business units to develop and execute a business plan to grow your region and meet sales targets. You will work alongside a Field Application Engineer who will provide regional technical support.br/This role is remote. You must reside in the Pacific Northwest or Rockies Region.br/br/bYour Responsibilities /bliGrow the u-blox customer base within your region /liliBuild relationships with key customers within your region and have a deep understanding of their business and needs /liliManage Manufacturers reps within a specified region. Training, setting targets, hosting regular business reviews, and enabling reps to identify new business and secure design wins /liliWork closely with Regional Distribution branches – training, account calls, corporate initiatives. /liliDefine and execute sales strategy within your region for each Business Unit. /liliMeeting quarterly sales target and design win targets /liliForecasting top customers within your region /liliResponsible for setting and meeting strategic objectives in region /liliPrepare and conduct presentations for internal QBRs, sales meetings, and other strategic meetings that arise throughout the year. /liliWork with Channel Partners to find new design-in opportunities in the region /liliWork with Channel Partners to increase the u-blox customer base in the region /liliOwnership of the full sales cycle, including cold-calling, lead follow-up, design-win, closing opportunities, getting purchase orders /liliManage customer supply chain alongside sales operations, including global CMs, ODMs, distributors /liliCollaborate with colleagues across regions on global industrial and consumer accounts /liliEffectively manage potential business conflicts across channels, partners /liliAttend global customer meetings, sales meetings, seminars, trade shows as needed /liliWork effectively with local Field Application Engineer to develop relationships with key technical stakeholders /li br/bYour Skills and Experience /b liAt least 3 years of semiconductor business development or sales experience /liliExperience with GPS/GNSS and Wi-Fi/Bluetooth technology preferred /liliExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills /liliAbility to plan and execute in the short term and long term /liliFrequent domestic and periodic international travel (up to 50%) /liliTrack record in revenue growth and design wins /liliWorks collaboratively with a team to achieve results in a team environment /li bBonus Points /b liElectrical or Computer Engineering Degree, MBA /li bWhat are your perks? /b liRole in a rapid growth division of the u-blox sales organization /liliA multicultural and international company with over 50 different nationalities /liliWorking with a team of elite RSMs, engineers, and operations specialists, managing a sales pipeline over $1B /liliRemote working opportunity in the US /liliTraining and career growth opportunities /liliHealth benefits – Health, Dental, Vision and life insurance /liliHSA /lili401 (K) /li We see diversity as a strength and promote a culture of inclusion among our employees.
