Mission

• Welcome guests upon arrival and escort them to their suite, residence, or private chalet.

• Perform check-in procedures and provide guests with information about the destination, local activities, and services available.

• Promote the property's services, restaurants, bars, and spa facilities, depending on the specific property within the group.

• Handle guest departures, check-out procedures, and billing processes.

• Manage Front Office accounting procedures, including invoice validation, payment reconciliation, and preparation of the daily financial report for management.

• Perform the daily night audit and ensure the accuracy of all financial transactions recorded in the Property Management System (PMS).

• Ensure the safety and security of the property throughout the night.

• Monitor guest satisfaction during their stay and at departure, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

• Build guest loyalty and promote the group's other destinations and properties.

• Apply Ultima's service standards, procedures, and values in all aspects of the role.

Profile

• Degree from a recognized hospitality management school (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification such as a Higher National Diploma).

• Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a similar role within luxury hotels or high-end hospitality establishments.

• Fluent in French and English; German is an asset depending on the destination, while Russian and Arabic are considered a plus.

• Proficiency in the Cloudbeds Property Management System (PMS) and strong understanding of Front Office operations.

• Excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to build positive relationships with guests and colleagues.

• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to promote the property’s services through upselling opportunities and promote the destinations within the Ultima Collection.

• Flexible, reliable, and available to work overnight shifts according to operational requirements.

• Ability to make sound decisions and independently manage Front Office operations during night hours.

• Impeccable grooming, professional presentation, and outstanding interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
