Infrastructure Expert & Deputy Team Leader

Your responsibilities

• Technical support for IT & Cloud teams
• Technical follow-up with clients
• Project & client special responsiveness
• Technological watch
• Support to the IT Manager Referent
• Participation in the support referent rotation
• Design and installation of IT infrastructure for 10 - 500 users
• Management of level 2-3 incidents

Management and administration of MDM & RMM systems

• Deployment of Cloud environments
• Configuration and management of Firewalls
• Implementation of infrastructure projects using Apple, Microsoft, VMware technologies,
• Configuration and management of backup systems
• Configuration and management of switches & routers
• Configuration and management of NAS and SAN storage (iSCSI, FC)
• Participation in the on-call rotation
• Audit and documentation of IT infrastructure

Profile

• You hold an IT technician diploma ES or equivalent at minimum
• Ability to manage an IT project from initiation to delivery
• Stress-resistant, you know how to manage priorities and are flexible
• Customer service and speed of execution are your strengths thanks to your rigour, organisation, proactivity, and excellent communication skills
• You enjoy teamwork and have natural leadership
• Native French speaker, English is an asset
• Natural curiosity about technological evolution
• Driving licence essential

Experience

• 5 years of proven experience in a similar position
• Mastery of VMWARE, Veeam, Windows Server, Exchange
• Strong knowledge: switching (Layer 2&3), Firewall (UTM), SAN Storage (iSCSI, FC)

Additional assets

• Experience in Cloud deployments, Office 365, …
• Skills in HA, security, scripting, monitoring, ...
• Knowledge of Dell Technologies product lines
• Understanding of VoIP & SIP protocols
