A great opportunity to work in the Pharma industry with exposure to new technologies, in an international environment. /p pWe are focused on creating value where bIT /b counts, join us! /p h3Tasks and Responsibilities /h3 ul libIT Support 1st and 2nd level (remote and onsite) /b ul liHardware (Printers, Scanners, Handheld devices), Windows /li /ul /li libSupport of Computerized Systems /b ul liSupporting computers for qualification according to defined strategy /li liUser administration and support the deployment of new tools /li liReporting periodically /li liPerforming system reviews (for GMP systems) and backups /li liRegular contacts and cooperation with software providers /li /ul /li libLab IT support /b ul liPrepare documentation of installations /li liImplementation of IT hardware and infrastructure-related solutions /li liTroubleshooting and investigation for analytical software applications and lab PC systems /li /ul /li liMinimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position, at a Pharmaceutical company /li liStrong IT background, preferably with Laboratory IT support experience /li liGood understanding of and motivation for working in regulated environments (GxP) /li liKnowledge of different analytical software (user/power user skills) /li liBasic knowledge of Qualification V-Model (IQ/OQ/PQ) /li liInterest in Technical Writing and Software related topics /li liAbility and willingness to work in a paper-based environment /li liFlexible and team oriented person /li liCollaborative and creative individual who owns and solves problems creatively, can communicate his/her ideas and results very effectively to colleagues and stakeholders /li liExperienced working in multinational teams, i.e. sensitive of cultural differences and adaptable /li libFluent English and German knowledge required, French knowledge is a plus /b /li liCandidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than three months /li /ul ul liBroad range of activities, tasks, and projects /li liLunch Checks or Reka Money (Lunch Checks can be used in 7000+ restaurants, Reka Money can be used for Transport Accommodation, Sport Wellbeing, Leisure Culture, Holidays Travel) /li liEnjoy free refreshments in our D-ploy offices /li liInsurance Benefits /li liGym Benefits /liliFishing for Friends program – our referral program /li liFurther development and professional advancement /li liFriendly and international working environment /li liCompetitive salary and various benefits /li /ul pIs bIT /b in your DNA? /p pIf you believe you are a good match for this role, or any other opportunities for which D-ploy is currently staffing, then we are very keen to speak with you.
