On behalf of one of our clients, a leading institution active in home care in the regions of Lausanne, La Côte, Eastern Vaud, Gros de Vaud and Jura-Nord Vaudois, we are looking for Nurses:

Nurse (M/F) - Home Care

Your mission

Within a committed and multidisciplinary team, you play an essential role in maintaining beneficiaries at home and their quality of life.

As such, you will be required to:

• Provide personalised nursing care at patients' homes.
• Assess beneficiaries' needs and develop appropriate care plans.
• Ensure clinical follow-up and guarantee continuity of care.
• Work closely with doctors, relatives and various care network stakeholders.
• Actively participate in promoting patients' autonomy, comfort and well-being.

Your profile

• HES Nurse diploma or equivalent recognised qualification.
• For diplomas obtained abroad: mandatory CRS recognition.
• Proven professional experience of at least 2 years in home care.
• Excellent ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Strong sense of responsibility, organisation and communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills and patient orientation.
• Valid driving licence and personal vehicle essential.
• Clean Swiss criminal record certificate required.
