Mission

• Ensure the impeccable cleanliness and presentation of guest suites, bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas within the private chalet.

• Perform daily housekeeping services, including cleaning, servicing guest areas, and turndown service according to the property’s luxury standards.

• Prepare rooms and amenities according to guests’ preferences and specific requirements.

• Maintain the highest level of attention to detail when caring for luxury furnishings, materials, and interior finishes.

• Ensure guest areas are always clean, organized, and perfectly presented.

• Assist with VIP arrivals, special setups, and personalized guest requests.

• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or guest preferences to the Head Housekeeper.

• Handle guest belongings with the utmost care, discretion, and respect.

• Maintain and organize housekeeping supplies, linen, and amenities.

• Support the Housekeeping team with daily operations and contribute to the smooth running of the chalet.

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational procedures.

• Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding guests and their private information.

Profile

• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Attendant, Room Attendant or similar role within luxury hotels, private villas, chalets, yachts, or high-end residences.

• Strong knowledge of luxury housekeeping standards and attention to detail.

• Understanding of the expectations and requirements of high-end clientele.

• Experience handling luxury materials, fine furnishings, and delicate finishes is an asset.

• Fluent in French and English; additional languages are appreciated.

• Impeccable presentation, discretion, and professional attitude.

• Meticulous, reliable, and service-oriented.

• Proactive and able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

• Flexible and available according to operational requirements and guest needs.
