If you’re looking to develop your skills and grow your career in a fast‑paced environment while working with cross‑functional and multicultural teams, come join us! /p h3Your key responsibilities /h3 ul liWork on integrations, carve‑outs, corporate restructuring and other types of MA transactional engagements in project teams directly with clients. /li liExpose to a variety of industries (e.g., life science, consumer products and retail, industrial products, etc.) and functional areas (e.g., finance, supply chain, HR, IT, legal, etc.). /li liCover a wide range of strategy and MA transactional topics (e.g., IT/operational due diligence, operating model design, integration/ separation blueprint design, exit readiness, day‑1/100 readiness, synergy assessment, transitional service agreement (TSA), etc.). /li liGather and analyze information and communicate recommendations to team members or clients. /li liPlan and execute any topic of an MA deal lifecycle alongside the client in collaboration with the wider project team. /li liHelp build an open and inclusive work environment and maintain professional relationships with clients. /li /ul h3What we look for /h3 ul liCompleted business or STEM degree. /li liAt least 3 years of applicable industry and/or consulting full‑time professional experience post‑university, ideally within the MA deal lifecycle (operations, supply chain, finance, IT, HR and/or performance improvement). /li liStrong record of leadership, sharp analytical thinking and exceptional problem‑solving skills. /li liOutstanding communication and presentation skills in English; additional fluency in German, French and/or Italian preferred. /li liSolid project management skills, client‑oriented attitude and willingness to travel to client sites. /li liReadiness to learn and develop new skills. /li liFamiliarity with GenAI and agentic AI models and their use in research and data analysis. /li liStrong team‑player mentality to proactively drive solutions within highly motivated and diverse teams across functions, countries and regions. /li /ul h3What’s in it for you /h3 pYou'll have the chance to build a truly exceptional experience.
