This role is the central point of coordination between Sazerac Marketing, Sales, Procurement External Suppliers, and will own, define and operate the process to ensure all program components are specified, designed, ordered, and delivered on time and in budget. /p pThis includes durables, equipment, displays, printable POS, wearables, giveaways, etc. and means managing the process to ensure everything meets brand design guidelines, shopper programming requirements, and sales needs. /p pThis position combines strategic project planning, team leadership, and operational oversight to deliver breakthrough retail experiences on time and within budget. Additionally, the Program Manager champions process improvements and brand standards, leveraging collaboration, problem solving and centralized tracking and dashboards. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPartner with The Shop, Brand, Shopper Marketing, Sales, Procurement and Supply Chain to ensure alignment and smooth execution of retail projects. Act as the central point of contact for retail progress updates. /li liSupport integration of retail priorities into channel and customer planning. /li liBuild clear, repeatable processes for tracking retail program from concept through commercialization. Own the cadence of meetings, reports, and reviews related to retail progress. Develop quarterly catalogues, ordering portals, dashboards, scorecards, or trackers that give leadership visibility into progress and gaps. /li liManage outside third-party POS production fulfillment vendor(s). Work with brands internal agency to define what should be available when. Work with sales and shopper on specifications, with procurement and finance on costs and with local/regional teams on delivery/execution needs. /li liFacilitate post-launch reviews to capture learnings and improve future programs. Serve as a resource for best practices in program and project management. /li liChampions process improvements and brand standards, leveraging collaboration, problem solving and centralized tracking and dashboards. /li liMaintain a master view of the retail project pipeline, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and KPIs are on track. Identify risks, blockers, and interdependencies early and proactively problem-solve with teams. Drive accountability across functions to ensure commitments are met. /li liEnsure all launches are executed with the highest level of readiness — from sell-in materials to retail execution. /li /ul h3Qualifications/Requirements /h3 h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree /li liSolid experience in Project Management, Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Retail Marketing, or Marketing Operations. /li liProven track record delivering complex retail projects involving POS materials, displays, promotional items, and merchandising assets. /li liExperience working with external agencies, creative teams, production vendors, and procurement functions. /li liDemonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. /li liBudgeting, planning and/or financial analysis experience /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. /li liGood time management skills and the ability to prioritize. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience in alcohol beverage industry or CPG/ FMCG overall /li liExperience managing global or multi-market retail activation programs. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
