ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLead the rollout and adoption of a new Performance Development framework /liliDrive stakeholder engagement, change management and leadership capability /li /ulh3About Our Client /h3pOur clientis a leading international bFMCG company. /b /ph3Job Description /h3ulliLead the deployment and adoption of a new Performance Growth framework across the organization. /liliAct as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, HR teams and key business stakeholders. /liliDevelop and execute change management and engagement strategies to ensure successful implementation. /liliCreate impactful communication, training and adoption plans to support employees and people managers. /liliDesign and facilitate leadership workshops, manager enablement sessions and stakeholder forums. /liliStrengthen organizational capability through best-practice approaches to performance, feedback, coaching and development. /liliMonitor implementation progress and recommend actions to drive engagement, consistency and long-term success. /li /ulh3The Successful Applicant /h3ulliExtensive experience leading enterprise-wide Performance Management, Talent Development or Organizational Effectiveness programs. /liliStrong background in Organizational Development, Leadership Development and Learning Development. /liliProven track record of partnering with executive leadership teams in complex and matrixed organizations. /liliExperience delivering large-scale HR transformation, culture change or organizational effectiveness initiatives. /liliStrong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills. /liliDemonstrated ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on throughout implementation. /liliConsulting experience gained within a leading advisory firm or large multinational environment would be highly valued. /liliPrevious exposure to international FMCG, consumer goods, retail or similarly fast-paced global organizations is a distinct advantage. /li /ulh3What's on Offer /h3p5 month of temporary contract starting as soon as possible. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
