Data Operations Assistant

What you will do

• Input and update information within our centralized database to ensure all records for the international non-profit account are current.

• Assist in the preparation of weekly data reports for internal review and portfolio tracking.
• Coordinate with different team members to resolve discrepancies found during the data validation process.
• Document procedures for data entry tasks to maintain a reliable knowledge base for the operations department.
• Monitor incoming data streams for potential errors and flag them immediately for further investigation.
• Support the broader operations team with administrative tasks related to asset documentation and filing.
• Ensure all data handling follows the firm's strict protocols for security and privacy.
