We favor code and demos over lengthy discussions. /liliUse AI tools thoughtfully and responsibly, understanding when they help and when engineering judgment matters more. /li /ulbrQualificationsbr/br/pWe're looking for engineers with strong software engineering fundamentals and a passion for building reliable, scalable systems. /pulliStrong software engineering fundamentals, with experience designing, building, testing, and operating production software. /liliExperience developing production software in strongGo /strong, or strong experience in another modern programming language with the ability and enthusiasm to become productive in Go. /liliExperience building distributed systems and microservices in cloud environments (preferably AWS). /liliSolid understanding of modern software engineering practices, including Git, code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, and observability. /liliExperience with technologies similar to our stack, including Docker, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, AWS, GitHub Actions, OpenTelemetry, Grafana, and gRPC. /liliComfortable using AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity while maintaining sound engineering judgement and high code quality. /liliStrong ownership mindset, with the ability to take features and services from design through to production and operational support. /liliProfessional proficiency in English.
