(Sr.) Director of Value, Access and Policy, Europe

h3Primary Responsibilities: /h3 /u /strong /p ul liPrimary focus will be to support the mid-size and small European countries. /li liEnsure that Pricing and Access launch strategies in the focus countries are of high quality and are fit-for- purpose /li liBased on insights, develop pricing access strategies incorporating additional evidence needs, value proposition beyond the drug, managed entry schemes and other agreements to ensure mutual value, and pricing strategy. /li liEnsure high quality and timely delivery of the PR dossiers. /li liIn collaboration with local and European teams, identify evidence requirements for successful access in Europe and support the creation of program-specific Evidence Plans. /li liEnsure coordinated negotiation strategy with clearly defined approach. /li liDevelop appropriate broad stakeholder relationships to support access engagement and education – including appropriate consultation of patients regarding their needs and the impact of the disease in their local context. /li liEstablish and maintain personal relationships with select payers, advisors, key opinion leaders and other stakeholders. /li liPrepare and manage annual strategic plans and budgets for the function with accurate forecasting and prudent decision making. /li liMonitor trends and anticipate key developments in Europe with respect to Health Technology Assessment and Government/Payer reimbursement initiatives. /li /ul pstronguEducation/Experience/Skills: /u /strong /p pBachelor’s degree required, MBA or PhD in science and/or economics preferred. Minimum of 10 years progressively increasing responsibilities in Market Access within a pharmaceutical/biotech organization with significant scientific exposure within rare disease, ideally in the CNS realm, and in the context of early patient access programs.
