The Real Estate department manages, maintains and develops EHL’s infrastructure. Its role is to ensure efficient, safe and sustainable facilities, while leading improvement and investment projects that support the experience of students, staff and campus visitors.

Team Leader - Electricity

The mission of the Team Leader Electricity is to ensure the reliability, performance and compliance of the campus electrical infrastructure. They guarantee proactive, service-oriented maintenance, coordinate teams and technical contractors, contribute to the energy optimisation of the facilities and act as an operational electrician in accordance with Article 13 OIBT.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead, organise and develop a team of technicians within a culture of quality, safety and service.
• Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure the availability of electrical installations.
• Coordinate interventions of internal teams and external contractors while ensuring the quality of services.
• Manage emergency interventions and effectively prioritise actions in a demanding environment.
• Ensure compliance monitoring of electrical installations and organise periodic OIBT inspections.
• Manage small technical projects as well as the administrative follow-up of quotes, orders and interventions.
• Use and optimise CMMS tools to improve planning, intervention tracking and service performance.
• Contribute to the campus energy optimisation by identifying deviations and proposing improvement actions.
• Analyse the condition of electrical installations and propose sustainable solutions ensuring their long-term performance.
• Act as the campus technical electricity referent and contribute to the infrastructure renewal and investment strategy.

Your profile:

• You hold a Federal Certificate as an Electrician Project Manager in installation and safety, a Federal Diploma in electricity or an equivalent qualification.
• You have 5 to 10 years of proven experience in electrical maintenance, ideally in a complex tertiary environment (campus, hospitality, healthcare or equivalent).
• You have a solid knowledge of OIBT standards and requirements.
• You have successful experience in managing technical teams and external contractors.
• You have a good understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance issues.
• You have experience using a CMMS tool or the ability to adopt it quickly.
• You are recognised for your sense of service, responsiveness and pragmatism.
• You are capable of organising, motivating and developing a team within a culture of quality and service.
• You are comfortable managing priorities, anticipating needs and continuously improving installations.
• You are a native French speaker and have good knowledge of English (B2).
