Junior Financial Controller - Transfer Pricing & Analytics

ph3Mission /h3 pSupport the bank’s Management Control function by structuring and governing the profit-center hierarchy, driving transfer pricing (SLA) calculations and revenue allocations, and enhancing profitability analyses. Lead data quality and automation initiatives (primarily in Excel/VBA, with Business Objects/SQL/Power BI as assets) to deliver reliable monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting in close collaboration with Accounting, IT, and Business teams. /p h3Main responsibilities /h3 h3Hierarchy And Governance /h3 ul liManage and maintain the profit-center hierarchy, including AuM and revenue splits by legal entities, business lines, and geographies. /li liValidate reference data (cost/profit centers, PL by management groups) to ensure consistency, traceability, and auditability. /li /ul h3Transfer Pricing (SLA) /h3 ul liParticipate in transfer pricing calculations and allocate revenues across accounting entities. /li liDocument allocation rules, trace methodologies, and contribute to coherence controls and reconciliations. /li /ul h3Profitability Calculations /h3 ul liContribute to profitability calculations and models (formulas, inputs, simulations) for products, clients, and business units. /li liPrepare variance analyses and validation materials for management review and governance committees. /li /ul h3Data, Tools, And Automation /h3 ul liDevelop ad hoc automation projects (Excel/VBA/Business Objects/SQL) to streamline data flows and reporting processes. /li liImprove data quality through controls, alerts, and accounting vs. management reporting reconciliations. /li liProduce and enhance dashboards and KPIs (AuM, revenues, profitability by BU/product/client). /li /ul h3Support And Coordination /h3 ul liProvide support to the Head of Management Control for monthly reporting, budget, and forecast cycles. /li liCollaborate with Accounting, IT, and Business stakeholders to align processes, ensure data integrity, and deliver accurate outputs. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 h3Education /h3 pBachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Management, or HES (University of Applied Sciences) in Business/Economics/Finance. /p h3Experience And Technical Skills /h3 ul liInitial experience in management control, audit, or finance within a banking environment. /li liSolid foundations in management accounting: cost and revenue allocation, profitability analysis. /li liExcellent command of Excel with VBA and a strong appetite for process automation. /li liKnowledge of Business Objects, SQL, and/or Power BI is an advantage. /li liFamiliarity with banking KPIs (AuM, revenues, margins) and multi-axis reporting (entity, business line, geography) is advantageous. /li liComfort working with SLAs, documented allocation rules, and traceable methodologies. /li /ul h3Languages /h3 pProfessional proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset. /p h3Personal skills /h3 ul liRigorous, analytical, autonomous, and detail-oriented, with strong critical thinking. /li liStrong documentation mindset and attention to data quality and controls. /li liCollaborative, able to coordinate with cross-functional teams (Accounting, IT, Business). /li liProblem-solving mindset and ability to work under deadlines in a monthly closing context. /li /ul h3Core Competencies /h3 pAdherence to the company’s values: Dedication, Conviction, Agility and Responsibility - Compliance with regulations and internal directives /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
