ph3Overview /h3 pWe are seeking a Cloud Engineer specializing in Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace solutions, with a strong background in leading or supporting on-premises to cloud transformations. In this role, you will drive the migration, implementation, and optimization of cloud-based solutions, ensuring seamless adoption of M365 and modern workplace technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize our IT infrastructure, enhance productivity, and improve security. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Cloud Transformation and Migration /h3 ul liLead or contribute to on-premises to cloud migration projects, including email, collaboration tools, identity management, and endpoint management. /li liPlan, execute, and validate migrations from on-premises Exchange, SharePoint, and Active Directory to Microsoft 365 and Azure AD. /li liAssess and mitigate risks during migration, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. /li /ul h3M365 Administration and Optimization /h3 ul liAdminister and optimize Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Power Platform and other SaaS services. /li liConfigure and manage Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), including identity and access management (IAM), conditional access policies, and multi-factor authentication (MFA). /li liAutomate workflows and processes using PowerShell and Power Automate. /li /ul h3Modern Workplace Solutions /h3 ul liDeploy and manage modern workplace solutions, including Windows 10/11, Intune, Autopilot, Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Workspace One. /li liImplement and support internal and external collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online. /li liEnsure compliance with security and governance policies for endpoints and cloud services with Purview and Intune. /li /ul h3Security and Compliance /h3 ul liMonitor and enforce security best practices for M365 and cloud environments. /li liConduct regular audits and implement security controls to protect data and user identities. /li liCollaborate with the security team to mitigate risks and respond to incidents. /li /ul h3User Support and Training /h3 ul liProvide technical support and troubleshooting for M365 and modern workplace issues. /li liDevelop and deliver training programs to promote user adoption and best practices. /li liCreate documentation for processes, configurations, and user guides. /li /ul h3Collaboration and Innovation /h3 ul liWork with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving productivity and collaboration. /li liEvaluate and recommend new M365 features and third-party integrations. /li liStay updated on industry trends and actor’s roadmap for cloud and workplace technologies. /li /ul h3Qualifications and Skills /h3 ul li3+ years of experience in administering and supporting Microsoft 365 and modern workplace technologies. /li liProven experience in leading or contributing to on-premises to cloud migration projects (e.g., Exchange to Exchange Online, SharePoint on-prem to SharePoint Online, AD to Azure AD, on-prem to cloud configuration management with Intune). /li liStrong knowledge of Azure AD, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Power Automate. /li liExperience with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration. /li liFamiliarity with Windows 10/11 deployment, management, and security. /li liUnderstanding of security best practices (CIS Framework) and identity protection, data governance and compliance (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001). /li liExcellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. /li /ul h3Preferred /h3 ul liMicrosoft certifications /li liExperience with Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Purview, and Sentinel. /li liKnowledge of hybrid cloud environments (Azure, on-premises AD, and M365 integration). /li /ul h3Core Competencies /h3 pAdherence to the company’s values: Dedication, Conviction, Agility and Responsibility.
