StellenbeschreibungppPIPECARE Group is looking for a HR Administration Intern to join our team in Zug, Switzerland. /p pIndustry/sector: Oil Gas / In Line Inspection services. /p pHR Administration Intern is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources team by assisting with employee records, HR documentation, onboarding activities, training administration, and HR systems. This internship offers hands‑on experience in HR operations while ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and excellent internal customer service. /p pWe are only considering the candidates who are based in Switzerland. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3HR Administration /h3 ul liAssist with preparing employment letters, contracts, and HR documentation. /li liMaintain and update employee personnel files (electronic and physical). /li liSupport the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and orientation materials. /li liAssist with employee offboarding documentation and record archiving. /li liEnsure HR records are complete, accurate, and properly filed. /li /ul h3HR Operations Support /h3 ul liRespond to routine employee HR administration inquiries. /li liAssist with leave, attendance, and other administrative processes. /li liPrepare HR reports, spreadsheets, and administrative trackers. /li liSupport payroll preparation by compiling required HR documentation, as assigned. /li /ul h3General Administrative Support /h3 ul liOrganize HR files and maintain document confidentiality. /li liSchedule meetings and prepare meeting minutes when required. /li liAssist with HR projects and process improvement initiatives. /li liPerform other administrative duties assigned by the HR team. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liCurrently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. /li liStrong organizational and administrative skills. /li liHigh attention to detail and accuracy. /li liAbility to handle confidential information professionally. /li liGood communication and interpersonal skills. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). /li liWillingness to learn HR processes and systems. /li liAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. /li /ul h3Physical and Mental Requirements /h3 ul liLifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. /li liMobility: Must be able to walk and climb to perform duties, including maneuvering within a refinery or plant environment and accessing elevated platforms via ladders and stairwells. /li liCommunication: Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing, or other communication capabilities, to communicate effectively. /li liFocus and Multitasking: Ability to maintain focus and multitask effectively. /li liSafety Equipment: Must be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection, if/where needed in manufacturing environments. /li liPersonal Mobility and Reflexes: Sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes, with or without reasonable accommodations, to perform office duties and travel to off‑site locations when necessary. /li /ul pbEqual Opportunity Employer /b: We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
