Strategic Project Manager

On behalf of a recognized family business specializing in the design, construction, and assembly of high-end machines, we are looking for a Project Manager.Your future responsibilities:- You will be the primary contact for our Key Accounts and will develop lasting relationships of trust by understanding their needs and expectations.- You will manage projects by coordinating internal teams and ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality requirements.- You will lead project reviews, monitor action plans, and ensure the availability of necessary resources.- You will accompany clients after project delivery and value their feedback in a continuous improvement approach.- You will ensure project reporting, monitoring of performance indicators, and risk management for management.- You will contribute to the evolution and optimization of project management methods within the company.Your profile:- You have confirmed experience in project management, cross-functional or PMO, ideally in an industrial or technical environment.- You are comfortable in an interface role between technical teams, sales teams, and clients.- You demonstrate leadership and know how to unite teams around common objectives, without hierarchical links.- You master project management tools (MS Project, Excel, Jira, Asana, or equivalent); knowledge of an ERP is an asset.- You are fluent in French and English; knowledge of German is an asset.- You are recognized for your rigor, your responsiveness, your analytical mind, your autonomy, and your interpersonal skills.Conditions:- You will join a structure offering quality conditions, team spirit, and staff stability.
