The client we are supporting in this recruitment drive is a leading international group specializing in automotive and white goods components.

We are looking for a

Quality Process Assurance Manager

who wishes to support the Group in fostering a culture focused on excellence and the ‘right first time’ principle.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Electronical Engineering
• Specialization in Quality Systems Management
• Languages: Italian and English
• IATF 16949/ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification
• Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Ishikawa
• At least 8 years’ experience in the same role within multinational organizations
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation
• Ability to motivate and lead a team
• Someone with excellent ability to manage stress and pressure effectively.

Main responsibilities

• Develop, implement, maintain and improve the Quality Management System
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Plan and manage internal process and system audits
• Coordinate external certification audits and customer audits
• Monitoring processes and managing CAPA
• Ensuring the effectiveness of implemented actions through structured follow-ups
• Periodic reporting on quality indicators (scrap, complaints, costs)
• Willingness to travel is required

The person we wish to meet has a strong personal motivation to work in industrial quality contexts, has good experience but is looking for a new challenge.
