Senior Program Manager (Industrialization & Scale-Up)

In this role you lead the industrialization, qualification and production scale-up of a strategic high-volume OEM program. You are accountable for delivering the program on time while ensuring manufacturing processes are fully understood, industrialized, statistically capable and scalable for long-term serial production.

Tasks

• Lead qualification, industrialization and production ramp-up
• Manage program execution, milestones, risks and governance
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and customer deliverables
• Drive process characterization, DoE, process window definition and optimization
• Ensure robust, capable and scalable manufacturing processes through validation and statistical process control
• Remove technical and organizational bottlenecks
• Support future expansion across production lines and manufacturing sites

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent
• 8+ years in industrialization, manufacturing or NPI programs
• Experience with strategic OEM customers in highly regulated businesses
• Background in regulated, high-reliability manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of DoE, Process Characterization, Validation, SPC, Cp/Cpk, MSA, FMEA and Six Sigma
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
• Strong communication skills in German and English
