They will be a key player in team management and production. The establishment values teamwork, creativity, and culinary excellence. They will supervise a team of approximately ten people in the kitchen with a volume of 200 to 300 menus per day. These meals are served on-site or transported to other sites. The Head Chef plans and implements all production; they supervise the production of sandwiches, salad buffets, and snacks. As the hygiene, quality, and maintenance reference person, they also manage orders and inventories. The hours are Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM with some exceptional evening interventions.Profile soughtWe are looking for a professional with confirmed experience in collective catering AND high-end hospitality, with recognized and structured management skills. The Head Chef will propose the menus to be produced, manage the team on a daily basis, and report to the restaurant manager. A global vision of the activity, a sense of organization, and a collective spirit are essential.
