This role acts as a key system‑wide link, ensuring the Consulting area of practice delivers high‑impact, consistent outcomes aligned with Roche’s long‑term ambitions. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCo‑leading the Consulting AoP with the Practice Lead and other Consulting Leads /li liBuilding the brand and advocating for the Consulting practice /li liProviding leadership for and developing strategies to achieve short‑ and long‑term outcomes toward the Roche 2030 Ambitions; in particular designing, leading, and executing interventions, large‑scale and complex change and transformation initiatives by leading the Consulting Points of Contact for Diagnostics and partnering with: ul lithe BP Chapter Lead and BPEs for Diagnostics /li lithe Divisional Strategy and Strategy Implementation team /li likey business leaders /li /ul /li liDeveloping collaborative partnerships with transformation offices and other teams working on transformation and organisational effectiveness across Roche and acting as a system‑wide link across /li liThe candidate will also have a seat at the DPCET (Dia People Culture Enabling Team) /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum of 10 years relevant consulting experience in a global organisation of similar size and complexity /li liProven senior stakeholder management skills in a highly complex and matrix environment /li liOutstanding networking and interpersonal skills /li liExcellent track record of partnering and collaboration within PC and with other parts of the organization /li liExceptional system‑thinking and enterprise mindset /li liFormal (or informal) leadership experience /li liDemonstrated courage and ability to face ambiguous situations, pushing back and challenging the status quo /li liKnowledge of agile principles and methodologies applied in an enterprise‑wide context /li liFluent English language skills are a must; other languages a plus /li /ul h3Preferred Location /h3 pThe preferred location for this position is Basel or Rotkreuz, however, other locations in Europe can be considered based on the hiring manager’s discretion. /p pbRoche is an Equal Opportunity Employer. /b /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
