In this role, you will lead, develop, and empower a team of Project Managers while continuing to manage selected complex rail infrastructure projects yourself. You will play a key role in driving project excellence, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the successful delivery of strategic customer projects. /p pYou are an inspiring leader with a strong project management background, capable of balancing people development, business priorities, and operational execution in a versatile and interesting environment. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 12 Project Managers, fostering a high-performance culture built on collaboration, accountability, continuous learning, and employee engagement. /li liProvide guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring consistent application of project management standards, methodologies, and best practices across the organization. /li liTake ownership of selected complex rail infrastructure projects, ensuring successful delivery with respect to scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. /li liBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, railway operators, suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner and escalation point when required. /li liDrive proactive risk, opportunity, contract, and claim management while ensuring effective project governance, transparency, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. /li liMonitor project portfolio performance, resource utilization, financial results, and delivery quality, implementing improvement measures to enhance operational excellence and business performance. /li liContribute to the strategic development of the Project Management organization by strengthening capabilities, promoting knowledge sharing, and supporting talent growth within the team. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liHigher education in Engineering (Master) or a related technical discipline. /li li10+ years of project management experience in rail infrastructure or large-scale infrastructure projects, including responsibility for complex customer projects. /li liSeveral years of experience in leading, coaching, or developing project teams and professionals. /li liIPMA Level B certification (IPMA Level A or equivalent is an advantage). /li liExperience in international project environments; experience with software-intensive projects is a plus. /li liStrong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all organizational levels. /li liEntrepreneurial mindset, high level of ownership, and the ability to balance strategic priorities with hands‑on execution. /li liFluent in German and English; French and/or Italian are an advantage. /li /ul h3You benefit from /h3 ul liAn open and flexible work culture at one of Switzerland’s leading mobility companies. /li liA 40‑hour work week for a full‑time (100%) position. /li liAt least 5 weeks of annual vacation. /li liA workplace at the forefront of rail technology. /li liVarious employee benefits and professional development opportunities. /li liA hybrid working model that supports a healthy work‑life balance and greater autonomy. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
