All new team members get to work on live engagements and have the opportunity to make a real contribution to transactions as well as deal generation from day one. /ppThe Corporate Finance Advisory Team offers our clients financial and strategic advice in the context of MA transactions. /ph3How you can make an impact /h3ulliInteract and work with senior level client staff on demanding projects – both domestically and cross-border, and try your hand at developing financial models (such as valuation or merger models), preparing information memoranda and management presentations to handling the day-to-day client communication /liliStrengthen your deal execution experience: from project management and financial analysis, preparation of transaction documents and client presentations /liliBe part of landmark transactions in the Swiss marketplace, providing buy‑and sell‑side advisory services to our discerning financial institutions clientele in Switzerland /liliBe part of a global network of MA specialists and work in a highly professional, diverse, and of course also exciting and fun work environment /liliDevelop and broaden your network while working autonomously under the supervision of an engagement manager/director /li /ulh3Who we are looking for /h3ulliYou are an open and curious person with strong analytical and interpersonal skills as well as international academic or work experiences, and you can cope well in a fast‑paced and challenging environment /liliIdeally 2-4 years of prior work experience in the execution and origination of MA transactions, gained at either an investment bank, a consultancy firm, in private equity/buy‑side or another Big4 firm, preferably with the additional advantage of knowing the key Swiss industries sectors. /liliFluent English; additional optional plus: knowledge of German /li /ulh3Your team /h3pBecome part of a diverse, multinational, and highly motivated team of 15+ at our Geneva and Zurich offices.
