Bavarian Capital is expanding our internal operations team to support a long-term engagement with a private banking client. This role is essential for maintaining the organizational standards required to manage complex capital projects with care and precision.

About the role
As a Junior Project Manager, you will work within a remote team dedicated to oversight and execution. You will assist in translating high-level objectives into actionable project steps, ensuring that every milestone is reached through logical planning. This is a full-time, permanent position designed for someone who appreciates clear processes and a steady, predictable workflow. You will report to senior team leads who value clarity and precise communication in all daily tasks.

What you will do
  • Maintain project timelines and update internal trackers to keep all partners informed of progress.
  • Help organize and document requirements for our ongoing work with the private banking client.
  • Schedule and coordinate routine status check-ins to identify potential bottlenecks early.
  • Draft internal reports that summarize project health and resource allocation.
  • Support the standardization of documentation across multiple remote workstreams to ensure consistency.
  • Monitor task completion and follow up with team members to ensure deadlines are respected.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentation materials for monthly performance and project reviews.
  • Maintain digital file structures so that all project information is easily accessible to the team.
