This is a high‑impact leadership role at the crossroads of technology, innovation and business transformation. You will lead a multidisciplinary organization of more than 40 engineers and specialists and play a key role in defining the future of BOBST's digital solutions. /p h3Your Mission /h3 pAs a member of the IoT Leadership Team, you will drive the technology strategy, architecture and delivery of the BOBST Connect platform while partnering closely with the IoT Product Director to bring innovative solutions to market. You will lead teams based in Switzerland and Morocco and report directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 h3Lead and inspire /h3 ul liLead, develop and grow multidisciplinary IoT, Data Science and Operations teams (+40 people). /li liFoster a culture of agility, collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement. /li liCoach leaders and technical experts, ensuring the organization is equipped to deliver on its ambitions. /li /ul h3Drive technology excellence /h3 ul liOwn the technology roadmap and execution of the BOBST Connect platform together with the IoT Product Director. /li liDefine architecture, technology stack, cybersecurity and cloud strategies that ensure scalability, reliability and performance. /li liPromote modern engineering practices including Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD and AI‑enabled development approaches. /li /ul h3Create business impact /h3 ul liPartner with Product Lines, Business Units and commercial teams to maximize customer value. /li liTranslate business needs into innovative digital solutions and services. /li liPresent strategic updates and recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 h3Experience /h3 ul liMaster's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or a related field. /li liMore than 10 years of experience in software and digital product environments. /li liAt least 5 years leading large, distributed software development organizations, including nearshore or offshore teams. /li /ul h3Technical expertise /h3 pYou bring a strong background in several of the following areas: /p ul liSaaS platforms and software development /li liCloud‑native architectures (Azure preferred) /li liIoT and edge connectivity /li liCybersecurity /li liData platforms and data science /li liAgile delivery frameworks /li liDevSecOps, CI/CD and software engineering best practices /li /ul h3Leadership mindset /h3 ul liInspiring leader with a proven ability to build high‑performing teams. /li liStrong business acumen and customer‑centric mindset. /li liStrategic thinker capable of influencing senior stakeholders. /li liPassion for innovation, technology and creating measurable value. /li liExcellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural, global environment. /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liFluent English is mandatory and French is astrong asset. /li /ul pbJoin us – and grow with us. /b /p pBOBST is an engineering company, pioneering intelligent solutions that shape the future of the packaging world.
