• Team management and development: you lead and develop the skills of technicians and site managers.
• Technical support: you provide the necessary technical support to the team to ensure effective and professional intervention.
• Intervention management: you organise interventions and guarantee the contractual scope in CMMS, while verifying the application of maintenance plans via the CMMS.
• Subcontracting management: you efficiently manage subcontracting and cross-functional services in your sector.
• Reporting: you regularly monitor your activity with your direct manager.
• Client communication: you are the main point of contact with the client, reporting on contract execution and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Continuous improvement: you propose improvements to optimise performance, operations, and customer service, with a particular focus on health, safety, and the environment (H.S.E).
• Contract management: you ensure rigorous contract follow-up in collaboration with the company’s various departments (Energy Efficiency service, sales) and are responsible for business profitability.

What characterises you.

• You hold a diploma in the field of climate engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position in Switzerland.
• You have excellent command of IT tools and CMMS.
• You demonstrate interpersonal ease and natural leadership.
