Our office in Zürich, Switzerland, is always buzzing with ideas on how to improve our customers' experience and innovate the industry. /p pWe are currently seeking a strongCustomer Mobility Intern /strong to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity for a student or young professional to gain hands-on experience in customer service operations, within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. At Gowago, you’ll be part of a team focused on delivering exceptional service while ensuring that our customers’ needs are met with efficiency and care. /p pJoin us and be a part of the exciting journey as we reshape the future of car ownership. /p pstrongLocation: Downtown Zurich /strongbrstrongJob Type: Internship (12 months) /strongbrstrongWorking Hours: 40 hrs/ week /strongbrstrongAvailability: 80-100% /strong /p h2Tasks /h2 ul liRespond to customer inquiries via email and phone, ensuring timely and effective solutions. /li liAssist customers with understanding our products and services, addressing their specific needs. /li liMaintain accurate records in our CRM system, documenting customer interactions and issues. /li liSupport the Mobility team with various administrative tasks related to customer satisfaction. /li liLearn and adapt quickly to our products and services, as well as the contracts that bind them. /li /ul h2Requirements /h2 pstrongRequirements: /strong /p ul liFrench mother tongue (Essential) /li liFluent in English (Required) /li liAvailable for 80-100% workload. /li liStrong communication skills and the ability to manage customer expectations. /li liGood note-taking skills, and attention to detail when documenting interactions in the CRM system. /li liPrevious experience in direct customer contact (Good to have) /li liAbility to work independently, show initiative, and remain proactive. /li liA positive attitude, energy, and willingness to embrace the start-up atmosphere. /li /ul pstrongGood to Have: /strong /p ul liConversational knowledge of French or German (second language) /li liConversational knowledge of Italian /li liPrevious experience working with CRM systems. /li liKnowledge of car ownership and enthusiasm for cars is a plus. /li /ul h2Benefits /h2 ul liA 12-month internship opportunity with a fast-growing company. /li liA great learning environment where you can develop customer success skills. /li liCollaborative, start-up vibes and a supportive team. /li liConvenient location in downtown Zurich. /li liGain valuable exposure to a wide range of customer-facing responsibili /li /ulbrpAt GOWAGO AG, we’re redefining how people get their next car—making the process simple, transparent, and stress-free.
