You don't need to be a deep expert. /li /ululliExperience operating in a shared-ownership model, contributing strongly to strategy without sole authority /li /ululliStrong communication and people leadership: you build real relationships with customers, partners, and your own team. /li /ululliFamiliarity with the Zurich tech market: hiring and compensation norms, local talent networks, and working culture. /li /ululliStrong advantage: experience navigating the tension between startup-style autonomy and large-company process, ideally through an acquisition, integration, or similar structural change. /li /ulbr/br/
