Salary & Compensation Specialist (m/f/d), 80–100 %

In this role, you will be responsible for

• Managing monthly payroll as well as monitoring social insurances (AHV), personal insurance, accident and health insurance.
• Participating in the development and advancement of the compensation policy, as well as defining and revising salary scales in collaboration with the relevant departments.
• Coordinating the annual salary increase campaign and participating in salary surveys.
• Preparing HR data for pay equity analyses and contributing to budgeting processes as well as various analyses and reporting.
• Supporting payroll system testing, updating job descriptions, and actively participating in the continuous improvement of HR processes.

We are looking for a candidate with

• a solid knowledge of Swiss social insurances
• excellent command of payroll systems and IT tools, ideally SAP SuccessFactors
• strong analytical skills and a keen interest in topics related to artificial intelligence
• a trustworthy, conscientious and reliable personality with excellent interpersonal skills
• excellent command of French; knowledge of German is an advantage
