It is a global leadership role at the intersection of technology, product management, and business growth. /p pYou will lead a team of Product Managers and Mining Engineering specialists, shaping the future of electrified heavy‑duty mobile equipment and delivering high‑performance, scalable solutions for demanding environments. /p pThis role is open globally; preferred locations are near the main Motion Traction locations in Switzerland, Germany, or Poland. /p pThe work model is hybrid. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liOwn the global product portfolio and lifecycle for mobile e‑power systems, ensuring competitiveness and long‑term value creation. /li liDefine and execute the product strategy and roadmap, aligned with business growth objectives and market opportunities. /li liTranslate market trends, customer needs, and technology evolution into differentiated system‑level offerings. /li liLead and develop a global team of Product Managers, fostering strong product ownership and market focus. /li liManage and steer a Mining Engineering team, driving technical excellence and application expertise. /li liDefine and oversee system architecture and integration across power converters, electric motors, battery systems, and control infrastructure. /li liEngage with key global customers, OEMs, and strategic partners to shape value propositions and strengthen market positioning. /li liCollaborate cross‑functionally with RD, Sales, Operations, and Service to drive innovation, portfolio execution, and business growth. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field. /li liAt least 8+ years of experience in electrified powertrain systems, e‑mobility, or relevant industrial applications. /li liProven experience leading teams, such as Product Managers or senior engineering teams, and developing people. /li liStrong expertise in power electronics, including converters and inverters. /li liSolid knowledge of electric machines, traction systems, and battery integration. /li liExperience in system engineering, architecture design, and complex system integration. /li liExposure to heavy‑duty vehicles, mining equipment, or off‑highway applications is strongly preferred. /li liStrong stakeholder management skills with experience operating in global matrix organizations. /li /ul pThis opportunity is open to candidates in multiple countries, with the final work location determined based on the selected candidate.
