StellenbeschreibungpbVF Corporation /bis looking for an exceptional bAnalyst, EMEA Internal Controls /b to join our team based in Stabio, Switzerland. /ppbLet’s talk about the role! /b /ppAs an Analyst, Internal Controls EMEA, you will support the execution of the VF SOX program, contributing to the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks across the organization. /ppThis position reports to the Senior Manager Internal Controls EMEA. /ppbHow You Will Make A Difference /b /ppKey responsibilities include: /pliExecute semi-annual control testing of internal controls over financial reporting, including business process controls and IT application controls. /liliRaise preliminary issues and control deficiencies identified during control testing, and support the initial assessment. /liliCollaborate with control owners to support remediation activities and track action plans. /liliMaintain and update documentation of processes, risks, and controls in line with SOX requirements. /liliSupport coordination with external auditors and assist in facilitating SOX audit activities. /liliContribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including opportunities for standardization, automation, and efficiency. /liliApply and further develop knowledge of SOX compliance throughout control walkthroughs and testing activities /lipbSkills for Success /b /ppWe are looking for motivated individuals with strong foundational skills and a desire to develop within internal controls and SOX compliance. /pppbRequired qualifications: /b /p /pliBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. /lili1–3 years of experience in a Big 4 firm (or equivalent), with direct exposure to clients subject to SOX compliance, or experience within a corporate environment operating under SOX. /liliKnowledge of SOX regulations, with a particular focus on walkthrough and testing phases. /liliStrong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a structured approach to problem solving. /liliAbility to work collaboratively across cross-functional and international teams. /liliGood verbal and written communication skills. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). /liliHigh level of integrity, accountability, and willingness to learn. /lippbPreferred qualifications: /b /p /pliProgress toward relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CIA, CISA). /lipbAbout VF /b /ppVF is a global apparel company connecting people to the lifestyles they cherish through our family of iconic brands.
