Aufgaben

• Advising financial intermediaries on regulatory legal and compliance matters
• Establishing companies for clients
• Preparing submitting and guiding through licensing applications
• Acting as AML & Risk Officer as part of outsourcing mandates
• Implementing RegTech software for clients
• Drafting and reviewing policies and delivering training
• Coordinating with supervisory authorities
• Co-developing JayBee and contributing ideas for our shared success

Qualifikation

• University degree or other higher education in law and/or compliance; a Swiss education is an advantage
• Relevant professional experience (3 years) preferably with 2 years of practical experience in the Swiss financial industry
• Knowledge of financial market regulation such as AMLA AMLO-FINMA SRO Regulations CDB20
• Business fluent in English; knowledge of a Swiss national language is an advantage
• Committed energetic proactive personality ready to deliver above expectations
• Independent goal-oriented work style with strong attention to detail
• Team player with strong communication reporting & stakeholder management skills
• Tech & AI affinity preferably in the field of RegTech

Nice to have:

• Advanced expertise in crypto
• Consulting experience or experience in a law firm
• Advanced AI skills and experience with RegTech tools
