You will work primarily in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely for 20% of your time (one day per week). /p h3What you will get: /h3 ul liAn agile career and dynamic working culture. /li liAn inclusive and ethical workplace. /li liCompetitive hourly rate /li /ul h3What you will do: /h3 ul liDrive the definition and deployment of the end-to-end category strategy for CSA packages across major CAPEX projects. /li liPartner closely with Engineering, Construction, and Project teams to ensure early procurement involvement and seamless alignment. /li liLead sourcing, tendering, commercial negotiations, and contract management for civil, structural, and building interior works. /li liManage strategic supplier relationships and monitor contractor performance to ensure safety, cost-competitiveness, and schedule adherence. /li liDeliver cost optimization and benchmarking while driving value engineering initiatives across greenfield and brownfield projects. /li liMitigate construction risks across cost, schedule, supply chain, and Health, Safety Environment (EHS) factors. /li liEnsure strict compliance with global GMP, local EHS, and industry construction standards throughout the project lifecycle. /li /ul h3What we are looking for: /h3 ul li7 years + of experience in Procurement, Category Management, or Construction sourcing, with a proven track record in CSA packages. /li liRobust experience working within pharmaceutical or life sciences CAPEX environments, managing greenfield or brownfield projects. /li liStrong technical understanding of construction execution, engineering principles, and the overall project lifecycle. /li liExceptional negotiation, contract management, and influencing skills within a complex matrix organization. /li liUniversity degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a Business degree with a heavy technical background. /li liMandatory full professionalb fluency in both German and English /b (written and spoken) to interface effectively with local and global stakeholders. /li liA strategic and analytical mindset combined with a high level of ownership, risk-management capabilities, and delivery focus. /li /ul h3About Lonza /h3 pAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
