Every day, more than 80 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars. /p ppbCould you be the VIE – QMS Quality Improvement we’re looking for ? /b /p /p ppbYour future role /b /p /p pAs a VIE / Student within the Site Quality team, you will support the deployment and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) at site level. /p pYou will work in close collaboration with the Site QMS Manager, Site Quality Director and cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, EHS), contributing to ensuring compliance with internal standards and external requirements. /p pYour responsibilities will include: /p liSupporting deployment and governance of the Quality Management System processes on site /li liParticipating in internal audits and supporting audit preparation and follow-up actions /li liAssisting in monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to QMS performance /li liContributing to documentation management and ensuring proper updates and communication of QMS instructions /li liSupporting root cause analysis and problem-solving activities /li liAssisting in the coordination of process reviews and Quality Management Reviews /li liCollaborating with different stakeholders to ensure alignment with quality standards /li ppbWe’ll look to you for: /b /p /p ppbQuality Management Compliance /b /p /p liUnderstanding QMS requirements (ISO9001, IRIS, or equivalent standards) /li liSupporting site compliance with internal and external quality requirements /li liContributing to audit planning and execution /li ppbContinuous Improvement /b /p /p liSupporting implementation of improvement actions following audits or reviews /li liParticipating in risk and opportunity identification processes /li liAssisting in problem-solving initiatives (root cause analysis, corrective actions) /li ppbProcess Documentation Support /b /p /p liEnsuring proper documentation structure and updates /li liSupporting communication and training on QMS processes /li liMonitoring status of action plans and reporting progress /li ppbAll about you /b /p /p pWe value passion and attitude over experience.
