Industrialisation Methods Officer

We are looking, for one of our clients, for an Industrialisation Methods Officer (M/F/D) to support the development of new products and the continuous improvement of production processes.

Industrialisation Methods Officer

• Engineering degree in industrial processes or equivalent training.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
• Ability to unite teams and support change.
• Good command of ERP systems.
• Proficiency in CAD software.
• Good knowledge of the Windows environment and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Manage the follow-up of industrialisation projects for new products, from pre-series to mass production.
• Lead continuous improvement projects according to Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Develop tooling for new products and ensure its maintenance.
• Create and maintain technical data (ranges, plans, work instructions, etc.).
• Manage machine investment projects and participate in technological watch.
• Provide technical support to various departments.
