To support this digitalization step, we are looking for smart and experienced engineers to contribute and shape clever and creative solutions for a meaningful industry. /ph3Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) (w/m) /h3pPensum: 80-100%brStart: immediately or by appointmentbrDuration: unlimitedbrLocation: Geneva area (Thônex) or Zurich area (Urdorf) /ph3Main Tasks /h3ulliOperate our Kubernetes clusters, ensuring high availability and reliability /liliTroubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime /liliAutomate processes and enforce infrastructure as code through GitOps /liliImprove and manage monitoring tools, including Mimir, Loki and Grafana, for system health checks /liliWork together with development to ensure a proper shift-left /liliImplement security best practices across our tech stack /liliMentor and upskill junior team members in SRE best practices /liliParticipate in future on-call rotation /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliAt least 3-5 years of relevant SRE or DevOps experience /liliSolid experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration /liliStrong scripting and automation skills, preferably in Bash, Go or Python /liliGood understanding of monitoring tools like Mimir, Loki and Grafana /liliFamiliarity with our tech stack is a plus: Flux, Cilium, Istio, Kyverno, Vault, etc. /liliExperience with databases, PostgreSQL is a plus /liliSelf-driven, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment /liliStrong communication skills in English; German and French are a plus /li /ulh3Further information /h3pA stimulating environment helps to find cool solutions to challenging complex requirements.
