You will be a Product Owner in a Scrum‑like workflow for 2-3 solution teams and work closely with POs of 2-3 product teams. Your job is to ensure backlog prioritisation for the solution teams that balances project work, maintenance and improvement work, and customer support/changes – while also balancing the team's capacity between such plannable work and the daily operational work of incident handling and support requests.
