The organization combines scientific excellence, operational rigor, and a strong commitment to improving healthcare outcomes. /p h3Job Description /h3 ul liLead Quality Operations activities across internal manufacturing and external partners. /li liEnsure compliance with ISO 13485, FDA requirements, and applicable quality regulations. /li liManage and develop a team of Quality Engineers and Quality Technicians. /li liDrive quality processes including CAPA, deviations, non-conformances, change control, and risk management. /li liOversee incoming, in-process, and final product quality control activities. /li liReview and approve quality documentation and product release records. /li liManage supplier quality performance, audits, qualifications, and quality agreements. /li liLead supplier investigations and continuous improvement initiatives. /li liCollaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, and RD teams. /li liAct as final quality approver for product release activities. /li /ul h3The Successful Applicant /h3 ul liMaster's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related technical discipline. /li liExtensive experience in Quality within the medical device industry. /li liPrevious leadership or people management experience. /li liStrong knowledge of ISO 13485 and medical device regulations. /li liProven experience in supplier quality, CAPA, risk management, validation, and change control. /li liExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. /li liFluent in English. /li /ul h3What's on Offer /h3 ul liA key leadership position within an innovative healthcare company. /li liDirect impact on quality strategy and operational performance. /li liInternational and cross-functional exposure. /li liOpportunity to contribute to meaningful technologies improving patients' quality of life. /li liCompetitive compensation package and long-term career opportunities. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
