To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated, committed, and service-oriented personality for internal sales with responsibility in order processing, purchasing, and logistics.

Your tasks

• You lead the order processing and purchasing team both professionally and personally
• You take overall responsibility for operational and strategic purchasing and ensure material availability.
• You are responsible for timely and efficient order processing and handle customer orders independently.
• You continuously optimise and develop processes in the areas of order processing, purchasing, and logistics.
• You are responsible for maintaining master data as well as supplier and price information in the ERP system.
• You create and analyse key figures and conduct inventories.
• You work closely with sales, production planning, production, and logistics to ensure a smooth flow of materials and information.
• You promote and develop your employees and further build a high-performance organisation.

Your profile

• You have a commercial or technical basic education.
• You bring experience in internal sales, order processing, or purchasing.
• You work in a structured, independent manner and keep an overview even in demanding situations.
• You enjoy customer contact and convince with a strong service orientation.
• You have very good German skills as well as good French skills.
• You are a committed, team-oriented, and responsible personality.
• Ideally, you already have experience in the professional or personnel management of employees.
