ppIT CONSULTANT POSITION /p pbQA Engineer – eBanking (Private Banking / Wealth Management) /b /p ul li pAs a QA Engineer, you will ensure the quality, reliability, and security of our private banking e-banking platforms. You will design and execute comprehensive test strategies across web and mobile channels, drive operational excellence in manual and automated testing, and ensure full alignment with regulatory and data privacy requirements. /p /li lih3Key Responsibilities /h3 /li liStrategy Planning ul liDesign and implement risk-based test strategies aligned to project timelines, scope, and regulatory constraints. /li liDefine and maintain test plans covering functional, integration, system, performance, and regression testing. /li /ul /li liTest Execution (Manual Automated) ul liExecute test cases and end-to-end scenarios across web and mobile e-banking journeys (onboarding, payments, trading, client communications, alerts). /li liOperate and execute existing automation packs /li liExposure to automated testing tools or frameworks like Selenium, Playwright is a plus, CI pipelines, and test management tools (JIRA X-Ray) /li liAnalyze logs and results to triage failures. /li liValidate back-end behavior via SQL queries, API validations, and log analysis. /li /ul /li liQuality Governance Reporting ul liEnforce QA standards, test traceability, and documentation across the SDLC. /li liUse JIRA and Xray for test management, traceability, defect lifecycle, and coverage reporting. /li liProvide concise QA dashboards and KPIs to QA Lead, Release Management, and Project Management. /li /ul /li liDefect Risk Management ul liLog, prioritize, and track defects; facilitate triage with Development, DevOps, and Business. /li liEnsure clean entry/exit criteria by release; contribute to go/no-go decisions. /li /ul /li liUAT Stakeholder Collaboration ul liCo-define UAT strategy with business stakeholders, document acceptance criteria and success metrics. /li liSupport UAT execution, defect triage, and sign-off readiness. /li /ul /li li pContinuous Improvement /p ul liDrive process improvements in test design, data management, and automation reliability; contribute to playbooks and reusable assets. /li /ul /li lih3Required Technical Proficiency /h3 /li liTest Operations ul liStrong experience executing manual and automated tests across web and mobile in an Agile environment. /li liHands-on with test management using JIRA and Xray (test plans, executions, traceability to requirements and defects). /li liBasic understanding of version control workflows (Git) for fetching branches and running tagged suites. /li /ul /li liData API Validation ul liProficient in SQL for data validation, reconciliation, and back-end testing. /li liExperience validating REST APIs (e.g., Postman, Swagger, etc..) and reviewing application logs. /li /ul /li li pTooling /p ul liDefect tracking and reporting using JIRA; test design and execution in Xray is essential. /li liAnalytics/reporting on test KPIs and coverage using Xray/JIRA dashboards or BI tools. /li /ul /li lih3Preferred Skills /h3 /li liFinancial Services ul li5+ years in banking, ideally Private Banking/Wealth Management; solid grasp of payments, trading flows, client onboarding/KYC, and portfolio reporting. /li /ul /li liTechnical ul liExposure to automation tools (e.g., Selenium) and familiarity with languages like Java or Python is preferred for reading test code and interpreting failures. /li liExperience with mobile testing (e.g., Appium) and cross-browser/device testing. /li /ul /li liProcess ul liExperience defining UAT strategies, test data management, and environment orchestration. /li /ul /li lih3Soft Skills /h3 /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented, risk-aware mindset. /li liClear, concise communicator; able to translate complex technical findings for business stakeholders. /li liCollaborative, proactive, and comfortable facilitating cross-team triage. /li liAdaptable, with a continuous learning mindset and ownership of quality outcomes. /li lih3Languages /h3 /li liProficiency in French and English required; German is a plus. /li lih3Education /h3 /li liBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). /li lipCore Competencies : Adherence to the company’s values: Dedication, Conviction, Agility and Responsibility - Compliance with regulations and internal directives /p /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
