Your key responsibilities

• You are responsible for administrative follow-up and social interviews.

• You implement personalised action plans.

• You support beneficiaries in social, professional and administrative integration.

• You coordinate with internal and external partners.

• You ensure to provide expertise and advice at the cantonal social desk to guarantee quality support.

Your profile

• You hold a university bachelor’s degree in social work (SEFRI recognition if foreign diploma).

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

• You have a good knowledge of the Vaud network and social insurances.

• You have excellent French (spoken and written); proficiency in English or other languages is an asset.

• You have a strong interest in the field of migration.
