ppVCLS is looking for an experienced and strategic bDirector, Business Development /b to join our team and lead initiatives that drive business growth and client acquisition in the Life Sciences sector. This position will focus on expanding our market presence, building strong partnerships, and increasing revenue through innovative business development strategies. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within the Life Sciences industry to achieve sales and profitability targets. /li liDevelop and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to enhance client retention and satisfaction. /li liCollaborate across departments including marketing, service delivery, and leadership to align business development goals with overall company strategy. /li liLead the preparation and presentation of business proposals, negotiations, and contract management. /li liRepresent VCLS at industry conferences, networking events, and other platforms to promote company services and expand professional networks. /li liProvide market insights and gather competitive intelligence to inform strategic business decisions. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liExtensive experience in business development, within the Life Sciences or related sectors. /li liExperience of the Swiss market, with deep knowledge of the local Life Science ecosystem. /li liProven track record of successfully driving business growth and meeting revenue targets. /li liExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. /li liStrategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. /li liDeep understanding of the Life Sciences industry landscape and market dynamics. /li liBachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business, life sciences, or related field preferred. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
