Chain IQ is a global AI‑driven procurement service partner headquartered in Baar, Switzerland, with operations across 16 offices worldwide. /p pWe are looking for a bSenior Consultant /b in bProcurement Operations Client Service Desk /b. /p h3Role Purpose /h3 pThe primary purpose is to deliver value‑add sourcing services to clients in a structured, professional and consistent manner. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liWorking with the Head Operational Procurement and Client Service Desk and other internal departments to ensure optimal use of Operational Procurement Client Service Desk systems and capabilities. /li liDay‑to‑day operational process management and support of relevant operational and P2P processes to ensure accurate and timely ordering and receipt of goods and services (e.g., catalogue management/maintenance, other master data management / maintenance, help desk queries (voice and written), PR/PO processing and assistance). /li liOptimized and compliant use of defined procurement processes, platforms and channels through continuous improvement, end‑user education, P2P platform roll‑out / expansion / enhancement (including data / gap analysis, testing, end‑user training and change management). /li liProviding expertise across a range of P2P process and system issues, solutions and strategy as required, to support existing client service expansion / enhancement or new client integration / implementation and support management with ad‑hoc tasks, reports and activities. /li liEnsuring functional KPIs, SLAs and other performance objectives are met. /li liResponsible for maintaining an effective internal controls framework across all CIQ group. /li liCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline procurement workflows. /li liHandling, maintenance and documentation of client requests, queries and resolution through their ticketing solution against a defined service catalogue. /li liMaintenance of knowledge management systems and client education material (e.g., ‘how to’ guides) to ensure ongoing efficiency and effectiveness of process and client satisfaction. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liFluent in English (spoken and written). /li liA bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, finance, or a related field. /li liPrevious experience with procurement software, help‑desk tools (ServiceNow a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams). /li liGood communication and interpersonal skills. /li liDetail‑oriented and organized. /li liAbility to work effectively in cross‑functional teams (e.g., with finance, legal and operations). /li liUnderstanding of global sourcing and cultural sensitivities, especially in internal procurement contexts. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pWe offer a dynamic and international environment where high performance meets real purpose.
