The name Sécheron Hasler Group is a worldwide synonym for Swiss Quality and represents a leading reference for state‑of‑the‑art products supplied to the market. /p pWith more than 1 300 employees worldwide, we are wherever our customers are around the globe, supplying products approved in our customers’ countries or markets and deliver supply chain and customer services locally. /p pFor our office in Geneva, we are currently looking for an bexperienced Electro-Mechanical RD Engineer. /b /p ul liDesign for manufacturing, cost‑efficient and robust solutions. /li liConvert advanced concepts into practical design. /li liChallenges concepts and drawings produced by others. /li liBe a reference and coach for robust design. /li liSupport actual products within a multi-department team. /li liAble to master actual product requiring complex multi‑physical understandings. /li liHands‑on with experimental mounting and testing. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMaster/PhD of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Microtechnics or Mechatronics/similar. /li liTolerance management, Robust Design, Design-to-Cost, Finite Element Analysis (Solidworks, Comsol, Ansys). /li liDevelopment of complex systems involving different technologies (in particular electrical, mechanical, magnetic). /li liImplementation of robust design into industrial products. /li liKey player in inventing advanced concepts and solving critical issues. /li liBroad knowledge of machining capabilities and material (plastics/thermoset). /li liEnglish (must), French and/or German (wish). /li liGeometrical Product Specifications (ISO Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), Tolerance Management (with application in SolidWorks). /li liFunctional Analysis, FMEA. /li liElectrical engineering fundamentals/Power electronics. /li /ul pWe have flat hierarchies and direct communication between departments and levels of management is encouraged.
