This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to business planning, forecasting, performance reporting and data analysis activities across HQ and regional teams. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 h3Business Planning Forecasting /h3 ul liSupport the preparation and consolidation of monthly forecasting cycles, budgets and strategic plans. /li liPerform data validation and consistency checks to identify missing information or inconsistencies before review. /li liPrepare planning templates, trackers and supporting documentation to facilitate forecasting and business planning activities. /li /ul h3Performance Reporting Analysis /h3 ul liPrepare recurring analyses to support performance monitoring and provide the analytical foundation for business reviews and performance discussions. /li liPerform first‑level variance analyses to identify significant business trends, anomalies and potential performance drivers, highlighting key observations for further review. /li liPrepare charts, tables and data visualisations for leadership presentations and performance reviews. /li /ul h3Data Reporting /h3 ul liSupport the maintenance and continuous improvement of reporting tools and dashboards. /li liParticipate in testing and validating new reports and dashboards developed in Looker. /li liSupport the identification of opportunities to automate manual reporting activities and improve reporting efficiency. /li /ul h3What will make you successful? /h3 ul liA Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field. /li liA strong interest in commercial performance, business planning and analytics. /li liProven ability to analyse large datasets, identify trends and generate actionable insights. /li liAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. /li liProactive, enthusiastic, curious and agile personality. /li liA collaborative spirit, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders. /li liFluency in English and French; other languages are a plus. /li /ul pVacheron Constantin celebrates 270 years as the world’s oldest watchmaker in continuous production since 1755.
