As part of the Risk team, the bPrudential Risk team /b works with diverse financial services companies that range from major global banks to insurance companies and specialized private and regional banks. We support our clients with regulatory and risk management topics, including tailored solutions in the identification, measurement, steering and monitoring of risks as well as with our expertise in implementing and meeting regulatory requirements in the field of risk management. /p pYour primary role will be to help financial institutions strengthen their non-financial risk management capabilities, with a particular focus on Operational Risk Management and Operational Resilience. Beyond meeting regulatory expectations, you will support clients in identifying critical vulnerabilities, reducing the likelihood and impact of operational disruptions, and building more resilient business operations. You will contribute to both consulting and assurance engagements, helping clients enhance their governance, controls, processes and resilience frameworks while driving forward-looking solutions that shape the future of risk management. /p pbYour key responsibilities /b /p liBe able to apply your risk management knowledge in banking and financial products /li liParticipate in consulting projects with a focus on non-financial risk related regulatory and supervisory matters /li liFocus on performing targeted regulatory audits for our clients in the finance industry in coordination with relevant regulators (primarily FINMA) /li liBe encouraged to investigate new risk areas (, data analytics, AI) /li pbWhat we look for /b /p liAdvanced graduate university degree (Master’s, MBA, PhD) in Finance, Economics, Accounting, any other business-related field /li liMotivation to work on consulting projects and regulatory audits within multi-disciplinary teams, especially in the areas of primary non-financial risks (such as operational risk, operational resilience) /li li3-5 years of experience in financial services in non-financial risk management ( Operational Resilience, BCM, TPRM, etc.), either in a control function, or through consulting or assurance related work /li liMotivation, flexibility and self-drive to constantly learn and acquire new skills and knowledge /li liFluency in English and French is a pre-requisite, with German/Italian as an added advantage /li liSwiss work permit, or ability to obtain a Swiss work permit ( through EU citizenship) /li p bIdeally, you’ll also have /b /p liWorking towards or already completed a relevant professional qualification (, FRM, CFA) /li liExperience with Geneva based financial institutions, especially banks and wealth/asset managers /li pbWhat’s in it for you /b /p pHere at EY, you’ll have the chance to build a truly exceptional experience.
