Intern – Forward Deployed Engineering

ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDirect collaboration with the Tricle AI platform’s SMB and enterprise clients to gather in-depth product feedback from the field /liliIdentify gaps and translate customer needs into concrete product improvements /liliContribute to platform development: help build, test, and deploy features together with the engineering team /liliCustomer onboarding: define ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), map sales processes, and set up projects /liliServe as the bridge between customer reality and the product roadmap /liliBuild and operate GTM infrastructure: sourcing, AI workflows, CRM integrations, and external infrastructures /liliCreate automations for Clayground’s own sales and marketing efforts /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliRecent completion of a master’s degree from a top‑tier university (exceptional bachelor’s degrees and/or prior internships may also be considered) /liliDegree in business with a strong technical focus (e.g., Business Innovation, Management Technology) OR a technical degree with solid business understanding (e.g., Computer Science / Data Science with relevant business training or experience) /liliProven ability to understand technical systems (APIs, automation tools, AI systems) and build on them, and to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders (at least one prior professional experience required) /liliExperience with or strong curiosity about Tech AI engineering (Claude Code, Python, Cursor, n8n, etc.) and GTM tools (Clay, n8n) /liliExperience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.) is a plus /liliFluent in English and German /liliStructured, detail-oriented thinking that can turn vague problems into reliable systems /liliComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-responsibility startup environment /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
